Check-in was delayed, as my room wasn’t ready at 5:00 PM. The ADA room offered as an alternative lacked adequate compensatory adjustments in price, leading to frustration. Later, a miscommunication forced a room change after a full day, disrupting my evening plans. Additionally, cleanliness fell short. the bath/shower sill outside had visible dirt, an aspect easy to overlook but essential in a quality stay.

Had a one-night stay in a King Studio Suite. Room had free toiletries, hairdryer, and a telephone. Fitness center was great, and I loved the indoor pools. Plus, breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Definitely exceeded expectations!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the super comfy bed and the cozy atmosphere in my room that made it hard to leave! The indoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and I also loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. The only bummer was the limited parking available when I arrived, but it didn't ruin my awesome experience. 😊
